Regeneration

Regeneration is an incentive by Virgin Mobile Canada, that provides less fortunate youth with the training they need to find—and keep—jobs.

The challenge we faced was telling the story of Regeneration, show how it impacts the community and motivate people to help out, anyway they can.

We started by revamping the website. The page needed tell a narrative that would help users understand the problem, and what Regeneration is doing to solve it.

In the wireframes, we divided the information into sections that users could scan through, without being intimidated by endless paragraphs of text. This especially gets tough on a tiny phone screen, so that’s we tackled mobile first.

Aesthetically the page needed feel polished, but it was important to add a little grunge to convey the seriousness of this program, which we accomplished through the rips.

In terms of results, the new page generated a significant increase in interaction, when comparing with the previous version.

More awareness was created for this awesome incentive and more people are helping out everyday to solve a major issue that affects the world.
